  • Price: Estimated at $5,410 per month, rent varies based on unit size and type + includes meal allowance, weekly housekeeping, and social activities. There is no large buy-in fee, but residents pay a one-time community fee prior to move-in.
  • Timeline: Some apartments are still available, but you can join the waitlist if you prefer a specific floor plan, which range 800-2,100 sqft.
