The ranch will also feature dining, an entertainment studio, a spa, and more.

Soon, Fort Worthians will get the chance to tee off on a golf course designed by Tiger Woods.

The American pro golfer shared that he’s designing a new golf course in nearby Aledo as part of Bluejack Ranch, an upcoming private residential club with a working ranch, golf course, and amenities (like pools + a spa).

The details

  • Location | 914 acres at 5100 Kelly Road in Aledo, near Bear Creek + Bourland Field Airport
  • Timeline | Ranch Club completed construction earlier this year, but the golf course is set to finish in summer of 2026.
  • Who | Bluejack National, founded by TCU graduates Kristin and Andy Mitchell (the same organization behind Houston’s Tiger Woods-designed course)

The ranch

Once fully completed, Bluejack Ranch will feature three main components — a golf course, a working dude ranch, and a private residential club + community. Here’s what to expect at each.

  • Golf course | The 18-hole course designed by Woods will sprawl across the 914-acre ranch.
  • Dude ranch | Head to the ranch to experience horses and a herd of longhorns + mini-donkeys.
  • Club + gated community | Beyond the clubhouse, Bluejack Ranch will feature ~500 residences, a wellness spa, a Lantern Entertainment studio, pools, tennis + pickleball courts, and a family entertainment space.

Spring and summer updates

In April of this year, the Bluejack team began releasing a four-part series of Tiger Woods at the actual construction site. Note: In episode three of the series, it is mentioned that the upcoming golf course could stretch beyond 7,500+ yards.

In May, city officials, local ranchers, and potential homebuyers were invited to a preview party that included a lounge area and open bar. In attendance was PGA golfer and founding partner J.J. Henry — who shared that the project has received 1,000+ membership and pricing inquiries.

In August, construction neared another milestone as teams completed filling irrigation lakes and grassing the course. The team also acquired several horses suitable for future riders of all experience levels.

Though originally, developers envisioned 600 homes on the property, that number has been scaled it back to ~500 to make the community feel “less dense.” Home sizes will range from 1,140 to 3,500 sqft, offering two to four bedrooms.
