Carillon Parc development brings European design to Southlake

The 42-acre mixed-use development broke ground in 2023 at the corner of North White Chapel Boulevard and East State Highway 114.

Photo from Europe? Nope, that’s just a rendering for the Carillon Parc development.

Have the travel bug but no funds to satisfy it? A Southlake development could scratch that itch.

Carillon Parc, a 42-acre mixed-use community inspired by old-world architecture, is currently in the works.

Upon completion

Here’s what to expect from the development in its entirety:

  • Six districts connected via walkable paths and plazas: The Piazza, The Boulevard, The Terrace, The Grand Hotel & Wellness, and The Parc
  • 50+ condo units
  • 79 single-family homes
  • A 259-room hotel with an attached wedding chapel
  • Over eight acres of public park space
  • 200,000+ sqft of retail and dining space
  • Details like oversized sidewalks, cobblestone, and bell towers

Construction progress

D Magazine reported that since breaking ground, Carillon Parc has put in utilities and roads and prepped 16 acres for single family residential development + phase one of commercial development.

Next up are plans to build upwards for the commercial side, slated to begin in the first quarter of 2025.
