A new “waterless waterpark” opens today in Denton. Head ~40 minutes north of Fort Worth to check out Slick City Action Park, which features giant indoor dry slides, springy “air courts” for basketball and dodgeball, trapeze and swing sections, and junior play areas.
Construction is underway on the $6 million Trinity Railway Express connection between Fort Worth and Arlington. The CentrePort Trail will run from CentrePort Station on the east end of Cowtown to Arlington River Legacy Trail near DFW Airport. It is projected to wrap up next summer. (Fort Worth Report)
