The Texas heat is cranked all the way up, and we think you deserve a refreshing drink to help you cool down. Here are the summer cocktails and mocktails we’re sipping on in honor of Drink Up Month.

Note: These cocktails are only offered on summer menus.

iL Modo

  • iL Lago: Tito’s Vodka, San Pellegrino blood orange, passionfruit, lemon, vanilla, and saline.
  • Summer Amalfi Spritz Mocktail: Ritual Zero Proof Aperitif, San Pellegrino blood orange, lemon, simple syrup, and soda.

Roots Coffeehouse

  • Watermelon Mojito Mocktail: Fresh watermelon, mint + hibiscus and green tea.
  • Honey Bourbon: Bourbon-infused honey latte with a hint of smoky oak and vanilla.

Blackland Distillery
