The Gifted Group is opening four new stores on Saturday in the Southside’s Magnolia Village.

Located just around the corner from the bustling Magnolia Avenue, the concepts offer a calm and serene space for the community to hang out + shop in the newly opened PS1200 development.

❤️ The heart of the concepts

Esther Miller opened Gifted — her first retailer and gifting studio — in the Foundry District in 2018. Since then, she launched The Gifted Group alongside former employees and now friends, Luriel Black, Jazmin Ramirez, and Jeanette Ramirez.

Together, the team worked to create a concept that Esther said, “seeks integrity in every decision, from how we source our materials, packaging, and products, to how we treat our customers and employees.”

With sustainability and purposeful design in mind, the team worked with Fort Worth woodworker David Brown of BWC to create customized fixtures for the new concepts.

Esther said, “The goal of Gifted, Harmoni, Naabi House, Point of View, and Café Momento is to cultivate lasting relationships with the people who shop with us.”

Café Momento | The espresso bar will share a space with Point of View and will focus on small-batch craft roasts with beans sourced from the highest sustainability and ethical production standards.

Harmoni | The home and lifestyle shop offers everything from lighting fixtures, sculptures, linens, ceramics, design services + more.

Naabi House | Expected to open in May, the two-story loft is filled with furniture and art by contemporary Korean designers. The shoppable lodging experience will host creative workshops + allow guests to purchase products that inspired them during their stay.

What if getting your finances together didn’t have to be headache-inducing? What if it was actually enjoyable?

Enter: United Texas Credit Union, a credit union with everything that big banks offer, plus the one thing that they don’t — personal, caring service. Their mission is to improve your financial well-being with a wide array of options and services.

Still not convinced? Here are three reasons to consider making the switch:
  • Member benefits: You’ll have access to a range of benefits designed with life’s needs in mind, including loan extensions, member discounts on products and services (think: TurboTax, Spectrum Mobile, and more), financial counseling, and more.
  • The credit union difference: Because United Texas Credit Union is a not-for-profit organization, its focus will always be on serving its members, which translates to better rates, lower fees, and personal service.
  • Easy to join: All you have to do is review the requirements and get in touch with the team, and they’ll take it from there.
Once you’re a member, you’re always a member.*
