PS1200: A new retail destination in the Near Southside

From gift shops to a boutique hotel, here’s what to come for the PS1200 project.

PS1200 will soon be a one-stop shop for all things self-care, shopping, relaxing, and dining in the Near Southside.

The mixed-use development located at 1200 Sixth Ave. features eight townhomes, office space, a park, and soon-to-be retail shops + restaurants.

Here’s a look at some of the spaces leased so far.

New businesses on the horizon

Dreamboat Donuts and Scoops | The vegan confectionery shop from Spiral Diner owner Amy McNutt will feature plant-based ice cream, donuts, and other pastries like apple fritters and ice cream sandwiches.

Maiden: Fine Plants and Spirits | Amy McNutt is also behind this intimate fine dining experience that will feature a full bar, a dozen tables, and a nightly vegan tasting menu.

Gifted | The gift shop will offer an assortment of artisan-made goods and indie labels from local and worldwide vendors including home goods, jewelry, and ceramics.

Naabi House | The Korean translation for “butterfly,” the adaptive-use space will provide a boutique lodging experience with art classes, chef dinners, and private events.

Point of View | The gallery will serve as a blank canvas for creators as it aims to cultivate an organic community between artists and authors.

Cafe Momento | The coffee shop will share a space with Point of View and serve small-batch craft roasts with beans sourced from the highest sustainability and ethical production standards.

Harmoni | The home and lifestyle shop is described as being a guide for creating intentional spaces with products from global brands, makers, and artists.

A look at what’s open

Christina Jett Skin | Owner Christina Jett offers holistic esthetician services customized to the client’s specific needs and goals.

360 West Magazine | The luxury, lifestyle magazine serves the greater Tarrant County area and moved its headquarters on March 1.

The Standard Barber | The dual-concept barbershop offers men’s grooming services, clothing, and accessories.
