We love starting the new year with little changes that help us feel our best — such as cutting back on caffeinated beverages like coffee. But sometimes, we still need a pick-me-up to help us get through our day.
Swapping your morning cup of joe for a steaming green tea or matcha can give you the energy boost you need without the jitters — with just 29 mg of caffeine per cup versus the 96 mg in coffee.

The National Baseball Hall of Fame has a new inductee, former Texas Rangers third baseman Adrián Beltré.
In a historic vote, Beltré received 366 votes from the 385 ballots submitted — the same percentage of votes received by Babe Ruth — and was officially elected to the Hall of Fame.
This prestigious award is just one of many. The MLB legend, known for his signature kneeling home run and more than 3,000 hits, was also a four-time MLB All-Star + five-time winner of the Gold Glove Award.
Beltré is the 12th Hall of Famer to have played for the Rangers. The Dominican player follows pitcher Nolan Ryan (inducted 1999) and catcher Iván “Pudge” Rodríguez (inducted 2017).
