Working from home is a new normal for some + lucky for us, our city has a plethora of coffee shops that serve as a nice change of scenery from our kitchen tables and sofas.

If you’re looking for a spacious place with lots of food and coffee options, Toasted in Arlington Heights is the place. The indoor patio is perfect for a lunch meeting + it’s dog friendly. Bonus: if your workday runs long, wine down with a Cowboy Coffee (cold-brew + whiskey) for just $6.

Casa Azul Coffee | 300 W. Central Ave.

Casa Azul just opened on the Northside + offers coffee with a Latin flair. With its expansive patio and unique pastries, you’re bound to stay fueled throughout the day. Bonus: you can welcome Casa Azul to the neighborhood at its ribbon-cutting ceremony Fri., Dec. 10.

Fire Cup Coffee | 3501 Denton Hwy, Haltom City

Probably one of the most hidden gems on our list is Fire Cup Coffee. This 1940s home was transformed into a cafe and features a stone fireplace, living room + patio. The health-conscious menu features gluten-free, keto-friendly + milk alternative options. Try this: a white chocolate mocha made with their Fire Blenz.
