The Michelin Guide is here to stay — at a local hotel, that is. The organization announced its new Michelin Keys program, the hospitality version of a Michelin Star that recognizes hotels for their unique concepts, distinctive character, warm welcome, and extremely high level of service.

Michelin evaluated over 1,000 hotels across North America and recognized 288 of them with Keys. Fort Worth now boasts not one, but two Michelin-rated hotels.

Bowie House, Auberge Resorts Collection
The new Camp Bowie hotel earned two Michelin Keys + was lauded for its stylish architecture, localized interiors, and inviting common areas.

Hotel Drover, Autograph Collection
The Mule Alley destination earned one Key and was recognized for being “unmistakably Texan but without crossing too far into kitsch.”

Bowie House and Hotel Drover are among 20 Texas hotels that received a distinction.
