That’s a wrap, folks — No. 6 seed TCU Men’s Basketball fell (84-81) to No. 3 seed Gonzaga on Sunday night, ending the Horned Frogs’ attempt at the NCAA Championship and the team’s 2022-2023 season.

Let’s take a look at some of this season’s stats :

  • Wins and losses: 22-13
  • Ranking: No. 5 in the Big 12
  • Average points per game: 75.2

The season’s top scorers:

  • Mike Miles, Jr. | Junior guard | 482 points
  • Emanuel Miller | Senior forward | 395 points
  • Damion Baugh | Senior guard | 365 points
  • JaKobe Coles | Sophomore forward | 300 points
  • Chuck O’Bannon, Jr. | Red shirt senior forward | 271 points

This is the second year in a row that TCU lost in the March Madness Round of 32, last year falling 85-80 to Arizona.

Hopefully, the third time’s the charm, and head coach Jamie Dixon — who will stick around through the 2027-2028 season — can lead the team to its first Sweet 16 appearance since 1968.
