The Dallas Cowboys will stay at AT&T Stadium through at least 2040. On Tuesday, Arlington City Council voted to approve a $273 million agreement that will keep the team at the stadium. (Fort Worth Star-Telegram)

The owners of Istanbul Grill and Chefika have plans to open a new Mediterranean and Turkish eatery in Montgomery Plaza late next month. Named Ava Restaurant, the spot will also feature a full bar and stay open until 2 a.m. on weekends. (CultureMap)

5%. That’s how much of a raise Fort Worth ISD teachers will receive next school year. The pay increase is part of an effort to recruit top educators to the school district; for those interested, an open teacher job fair will take place 9 a.m.-2 p.m. on Saturday, May 2 at the FWISD Teaching and Learning Center.
