Nature Rx is a free program that lets participants access the Fort Worth Botanic Garden for free, in order to harness the healing power of nature. The initiative aims to support visitors who may not have access to the gardens due to financial, environmental, or transportation constraints.
Sound simple? It’s because it is. Just two hours a week in nature can improve overall well-being and increase life satisfaction.
