Arlington has a new Parks Director — well, a familiar one at least. Gary Packan, the city’s former Assistant Parks Director, has returned after a short stint with Denton’s Parks and Rec. One of his priorities will be diving into Arlington’s 2026 parks master plan. (Arlington Report)
