The Dallas Mavericks and Dallas Stars could both leave the American Airlines Center by 2031. No agreements have been reached, but the Mavs are exploring a new arena for the 2031-32 season, while the Stars are considering Plano or Arlington. Either move would reshape downtown Dallas’ sports and entertainment scene. (Dallas Business Journal)

Hey, y’all! Happy to be filling in for Elizabeth this week — and lucky to land on a day when I get to cover something as special as a local artist receiving his flowers (or in this case, his name on a street sign). I’m an absolute fan of Leon Bridges’ music and his kind demeanor. Hoping to see him live soon, but until then, please enjoy this Tiny Desk concert from 10 years ago — still the same cool guy.
