The real question — what are you wearing for your fall family photos at Hall’s Pumpkin Farm? | Photo by @girlinchief
Here is your reminder that the first day of fall is on Monday, Sept. 22. Earlier this week, we took a look at the upcoming season’s temperature and precipitation predictions.
While exact weather conditions typically can’t be predicted more than a week in advance, here’s an outlook to help you prepare for what October and November will bring.
Agreeable October
In October, our average high and low temps are between 60° and 79°. It’s also one of our rainier months of the year, with an average of five days of rain and patchy cloud coverage. Use this month’s comfortable weather to enjoy local fall festivals.
Not so cold November Historically, average highs in November drop about 11° to 68°, with an average low of 50°. November also tends to be one of the windiest months in Fort Worth, bringing in blustery winter breezes.

Sports
VISA cardholders can now register for the FIFA World Cup tickets pre-sale, through 11 a.m. next Friday, Sept. 19. If selected, applicants will be assigned a time slot to purchase tickets. Arlington is one of 16 host cities for the 2026 World Cup — nine matches will be played at AT&T Stadium. (KDFW)

This past weekend, I attended Gallery Night — and it was such a hit. I loved seeing the works of local artists in all types of media — even bought a print to take home. Here I am in front of “Women and Their Labor” by Victoria Gonzales. It’s on display at the William Campbell Gallery now through Saturday, Oct. 11.
Looking ahead, the next Gallery Night is scheduled for spring on March 28, 2026. The event is free to attend, and snacks + sips are available at various galleries.
