The city will be shifting trash pick up by one day this week starting on Thursday, Nov. 28. In addition, Fort Worth is hosting its 2024 Holiday Grease Roundup initiative to safely dispose of any leftover cooking fats, oils, and grease. Development
The third H-E-B grocery store in Tarrant County (and fifth in the metroplex), broke ground last week. The $40.8 million project is slated to be complete by mid-2026 and will feature a gas station, car wash, and pharmacy located at the Bedford-Euless line. (Fort Worth Star-Telegram)

City Council approved moving up all city park curfews from 11:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. amid rule violations and safety concerns. The new curfew will take effect Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2025. Then, all city parks will align with Trinity Trails operating hours. (Fort Worth Report)
