After announcing the project in 2022, the developer of a ~$74 million multifamily development has a new timeline and additional details.
New timeline
According to recent Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filings — which are subject to change — construction on the project could begin in April 2025. The new anticipated completion date for the development is February 2027.
