  • Price: Estimated at $5,410 per month, rent varies based on unit size and type + includes meal allowance, weekly housekeeping, and social activities. There is no large buy-in fee, but residents pay a one-time community fee prior to move-in.
  • Timeline: Some apartments are still available, but you can join the waitlist if you prefer a specific floor plan, which range 800-2,100 sqft.

The Stayton at Museum Way, West 7th

Settle in to urban living just steps away from Trinity Park. Everything you need is located on campus with casual and fine dining options, a creative arts center, library, salon + barbershop. In addition to units that range 281-2,032 sqft, The Stayton has a Senior Rehabilitation Center for recuperating and skilled nursing options.
  • Price: Entrance fees start at $535,145 for independent living with monthly fees starting at $4,621. Assisted living and memory support start at $9,600-$11,300 per month.
  • Timeline: There is currently a small selection of openings. Wait times depend on the area of the community.
