Whether you’re a new home buyer or a veteran, buying a house can be daunting. But it doesn’t have to be. Enter: Walsh, an actively developing community in west Fort Worth.

Walsh’s residential neighborhoods are being developed by Republic Property Group (RPG), in partnership with Walsh Companies. RPG has 50+ years of experience developing award-winning master-planned communities, which means they know what home buyers are looking for.

In a challenging home-buying market, there are advantages to purchasing a newly-built home, including:

1. There’s less competition among offers.
2. Builders may have the ability to offer financing incentives, built-in warranties, and upgrade credits on a new construction home.
3. Homes are typically offered with state-of-the-art appliances and energy-efficient building materials.

Walsh is currently building three brand-new residential phases that range from luxury townhomes + boutique garden homes to nearly 5,000-sqft homes by luxury home builders, including Britton, Toll Brothers, and Drees Custom Homes.

Plus, stop by the Rosie the Riveter Memorial Rose Garden to honor and remember the North Texas women who contributed to the WWII efforts on the Homefront.

The museum is open to the public Friday-Sunday or by appointment Monday-Thursday. Tickets range $7-$12 + are free for kids under 6 years old.
