The city will raise its stormwater utility fees by 15% in the new year to fund programs that will help mitigate flooding. The average single-family homeowner will see an annual increase of $10.35 on their water bill, for a total annual bill of about $79.

A Vietnamese restaurant that closed in Fort Worth last year re-opened in Mansfield earlier this month. Four Sisters — Taste of Vietnam is located at 3806 E. Broad St. + was named one of the Best New Restaurants by Texas Monthly in 2019.

For the fourth consecutive year, the American Athletic Conference Men’s & Women’s Basketball Championships will be held in Cowtown next spring. The championships will take place March 9-17 at Dickies Arena. Tickets are on sale now.
Drink
Novel Coffee Roasters will launch a new line of products today. The Dallas-based roaster moved its operation to the Cultural District last spring and is overseen by Cherry Coffee Shop owner Katherine Morris. Customers can expect a new whole bean coffee line + filter coffee. (Fort Worth Magazine)

Development
Rios Interiors filed a permit for some exterior upgrades. The furniture store wants to change its facade and part of its existing storefront, including a wooden porch, new window displays, and a second entry.
