Construction has officially begun on the 291-unit apartment complex called Tobias Place along Hemphill Street. The community will have rent and income restrictions, with 90% of units reserved for residents who earn at or below 60% of the Area Median Income.

Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD’s newest high school will open for the 2024-2045 school year. At a school board meeting last week, members said the current cost is more than $271 million. Professional golfers team up to create a luxurious golf venue in Fort Worth

A high-end Topgolf-style facility called UnderPar Life is coming to Westworth Village.
The two-story, 16,000-sqft venue will break ground on the city-owned Hawks Creek Golf Club before the end of the year. Construction will take 12-18 months, according to D Magazine.
The venue expects to be open from sunrise and into the late hours of the night, similar to Topgolf.
