A high-end Topgolf-style facility called UnderPar Life is coming to Westworth Village.

The two-story, 16,000-sqft venue will break ground on the city-owned Hawks Creek Golf Club before the end of the year. Construction will take 12-18 months, according to D Magazine.

The venue expects to be open from sunrise and into the late hours of the night, similar to Topgolf.

Here’s a look at some of the noteworthy features:

  • 42 hitting bays
  • 500-yard driving range
  • Fitness center
  • Golf instruction academy
  • Three bars
  • A kitchen led by chef Christian Lehrmann — the founder of Neon Light District Hospitality, which owns and operates Tinie’s Mexican Cuisine and Sidesaddle Saloon.

The founding team includes Mike Flynn, a former professional golfer and TCU alum, entrepreneur David Deering, and LIV Golf champion Bryson DeChambeau.

The Fort Worth facility will be the first of its kind, with plans to expand to at least 30 locations across the country.
