Just in time for Scream Break next week, Six Flags Over Texas announced a slew of exciting improvements, including the return of a ride and the addition of a new one. Here’s a rundown of what’s new:

  • Sylvester and Tweety Pounce and Bounce is a brand new drop tower that takes riders 41 feet into the air. Find it Bugs Bunny Boomtown.
  • Daffy Duck Bucket Blasters is back in the Bugs Bunny Boomtown section of the park. (Think: A spinning ride with water features.) The ride was removed in 2021 to make room for additions to the Aquaman: Power Wave’s ride layout, but will now return in the former space of the Yosemite Sam’s Texas Tea Cups ride.
  • New park enhancements include the construction of Boomtown Bar + “new theming elements in the queues” for MR. FREEZE and BATMAN The Ride.

Bonus: Chaparral Antique Cars is being revamped into Dino Off Road Adventure + will debut this summer.
