After a close battle and more than 1,000 total submissions, “Disco Ball Hat” clinched 31.9% of the votes to be crowned our Picture of the Year winner. This photo is as dreamy and glamorous as a night out in Sundance Square always makes us feel.

It’s wonderful seeing young folks celebrating their culture and heritage in community events. This photo received the second-most responses with 28.1% of votes.

Not every city parades horses down Main Street — We love how Fort Worth’s western culture is represented in the image at the top of this article. This photo came in close behind with 24.4% of votes.
