The Instagram account @cheapoldhouses is taking the internet by storm with 2.9 million followers and features on HGTV, Buzzfeed, and The New York Times. According to Zillow, the demand for inexpensive, older homes is trending as millennials are snatching them up to bring them back to life.

We scraped @cheapoldhouses’ feed so you don’t have to, and unfortunately, there were no listings in or around the Fort Worth area. So we’re taking matters into our own hands. Here’s a list of five homes we’d nominate for a listing on Cheap Old Houses. They’re perfect for a rental, flip, or starter home.
