The seasonal chain has converted 14 vacant retail spaces in Panther City into Spirit Halloween stores, including the former Forever 21 in Northeast Mall.
Today at noon, join the City of Fort Worth, Mayor Mattie Parker, and Visit Fort Worth for a celebration at the corner of Calhoun Street and Daggett Avenue to honor Fort Worth’s Leon Bridges.
