Another H-E-B store is headed for Fort Worth. According to permits filed yesterday, the $18 million grocery store will sit at the corner of FM 3325 and I-20, close to the Walsh development. Construction is slated to finish in December 2026, but no opening date has been announced. (Fort Worth Star-Telegram)

20 years. That’s how long East Fort Worth has waited for a signature sign. Next month, the city will break ground on the “State Highway 121 Art Project,” preparing for nine 10-ft steel letters between Maxine and Beach streets. One Fort Worth neighboring town has seen the steepest increase in apartment rent over the past year. According to Zumper, Euless has the fastest-growing apartment rent in DFW, rising by 5.4% since last June. Meanwhile, Fort Worth rents have dropped, falling ~4% since last June.
