Fort Worth ISD has narrowed down its list of potential school closures from 25 to 18. Next Tuesday, May 20, the board will put the closures to a vote. If approved, the ISD will begin closing schools at the end of this school year through June 2029. We’ll circle back on this next week. (FOX 4 KDFW)

UT Southwestern’s new radiation oncology center broke ground this week. The 65,000-sqft, $177 million facility will be the largest of its kind in FTW + will provide the first MRI-guided precision radiation treatment for the town. The center is expected to open in 2028. (Fort Worth Report)
