Well, today is a good day — rapper Ice Cube is coming to Dickies Arena on Thursday, Oct. 2. For the first time in a decade, Ice Cube is going on tour to celebrate 40+ years in music and to promote his album “Man Down.” Presale tickets go on sale today, while general onsale begins Friday, April 18. From Cowtown to Chi-town. On Monday night, TCU basketball star Hailey Van Lith was selected by the Chicago Sky during the WNBA Draft, ending her time in Fort Worth. After one of the best seasons of her career, Van Lith will reunite with previous teammate Angel Reese. (Fort Worth Star-Telegram)
Also during Monday’s draft, the Dallas Wings selected No. 1 overall pick Paige Bueckers. Dallas sports stars Kyrie Irving, Micah Parsons, and Dak Prescott each shared their warm welcome to Dallas over social media. Follow WFAA news reporter Sandra Turner for more.

The Fort Worth Museum of Science and History (FWMSH) hosted a group of students to witness the Blue Origin NS-31 spaceflight mission this week.
