Like a good neighbor, the city has launched a mobile tool-sharing program in three neighborhoods — and will expand soon— to support residents in their property maintenance. The Mobile Tool Shed plan allows you to register for free and borrow essential yard tools like lawnmowers, weed eaters, and more.

There’s a new steakhouse coming to town from the owner of Rabbit Hole Pub and Mad Hatter Neighborhood Pub. Chris Jordan will be opening up Seared this summer for nightly dinners and weekend brunches. Texas Wesleyan University has found its first head coach for the new women’s flag football team. Keenah Lambert will lead a team of approximately 25-30 students beginning next year. Wesleyan is the first school in Texas to have a women’s flag football program + its team will compete nationally. (Fort Worth Inc.)

Higginbotham has been awarded the 2025 Fort Worth Chamber Chairman’s Spirit of Enterprise Award. The financial services firm is one of the largest in the country and was recognized for its participation in the development and affluence of Fort Worth.
