The dessert shop Jars by Fabio Viviani has closed after one year on Hulen. Viviani, an Italian chef who appeared on Food Network’s “Top Chef,” conceptualized the chain in 2021. Keller City Council has approved six improvements along Little Elm Road to promote vibrancy and pedestrian-friendly initiatives. Plans include adding new streetlights, sidewalks, and street parking, widening the road + drainage improvements. (Fort Worth Star-Telegram)
Development
The wait is over for thrill-seekers. After Six Flags teased a “record-breaking” ride last year, it announced the new structure will be 309 ft high — which replaces The Titan as the park’s tallest roller coaster. The new ride will stand where the La Vibora ride stood last year. (WFAA)

Google has changed its mind about moving into the 1 million-sqft industrial building in Northlake. Google signed up for the space last year to support its data center operations. The building now adds to the approximate 7 million sqft of vacant space in the area. (WFAA)
History
Nearly three months after the closing of Haltom’s Jewelers, we have answers to the fate of its iconic clock. Owners Jack and Ladye Ann Miller will donate it to Streams & Valleys, a nonprofit that manages the Trinity River trails. The Millers have yet to decide the best location for the 1918 timepiece.
