UT Southwestern Medical Center is expanding its cancer care services in Fort Worth with a new two-story Radiation Oncology campus. The $177 million facility will offer the city’s first MRI-guided precision radiation treatment. Construction is slated to run from early summer 2025 to 2028.

The city annexed 1,500 acres yesterday for the Goodland development south of US Hwy 28. The development will also include retail, restaurants, schools, event venues, sports complexes, and outdoor space.
