With growth, comes expansion. Most major hospital systems around the city are transforming their medical capabilities to keep up with increased demand. Some of these transformations include bigger parking garages, brand-new facilities, specialized laboratories, more operating rooms, and more. (Fort Worth Report)
Transit
As the demand for TEXrail continues to rise, Trinity Metro is increasing its fleet by bringing four new vehicles to the service come 2027. The increase in vehicles will improve service by providing transit in 30-minute intervals, doubling the current frequency, and accommodating more regional travelers. (CultureMap Fort Worth)
Coming Soon
Be on the lookout for the new ambulance design. The new features will include a white, blue, and gold color scheme, a 14-pointed star, and the logo “Fort Worth Fire EMS.” This makeover comes from city council’s decision back in May to switch its current EMS service from MedStar to an in-house system.
