“The wedding of the year.” That’s what some people are calling Fort Worthian Madelaine Brockway LaGrone’s lavish Paris wedding.
Showcased through family and friends online, social media users have been left in awe, wondering who the couple is and how they afforded the extravagant celebrations.
💰Who is the Brockway family?
The 26-year-old influencer is the daughter of Robert Brockway, the CEO of Bill Ussery Motors, the parent company of Mercedes-Benz of Coral Gables and Cutler Bay in Florida. Her mother, Paula Brockway, is Vice President at a Mercedes Benz branch in Coral Gables.
Earlier this year, Ussery Motors made headlines when it sold two locations to Alabama football coach Nick Saban for a profit between $150-$700 million.
Madelaine graduated from the prestigious All Saints’ Episcopal School in Fort Worth in 2014 before attending Texas Christian University. Her husband Jacob LaGrone was a former talent coordinator at the Country Music Association and later became Jason Aldean’s production assistant in 2018. His current occupation is undisclosed.

👑 A wedding fit for royalty
The extravagant celebrations kicked off at River Crest Country Club in October with a Paris-themed wedding shower before jet-setting to Utah for an over-the-top bachelorette party.
The festivities were held at the Amangiri resort — an estimated price of $3,000 per night — with themed dinners including “Marie Antoinette’s Last Halloween.”
The wedding celebration spanned five days in Paris with a rehearsal dinner at the Paris Opera House, an overnight stay at the Palace of Versailles, and a private lunch at the Chanel Haute Couture Suite.
While details of the wedding ceremony remain private, snippets shared by guests revealed a picturesque garden with the Eiffel Tower as a backdrop. The reception exuded elegance, adorned with cascading flowers, an orchestra, and a private concert by Maroon 5.
If you’re wondering about the total price tag — wedding experts and planners estimate the cost to be about $60 million.
Her wedding gift registry — at local boutique P.S. the Letter — was as extravagant as the ceremony itself with a $580 miniature lion figurine, a $860 gravy boat, and a $12,500 butterfly cage.

The Winter Solstice is Thursday, Dec. 21, so we know the question on your mind — when will it get cold?
While exact weather conditions typically can’t be predicted more than a week in advance, here’s a seasonal outlook to help you prepare for what winter will bring.
🌡️ Temperature
The El Niño climate pattern is in place heading into this upcoming winter for the first time in four years — which is the main driver in the long-range winter forecast released by the Climate Prediction Center.
In North Texas, near-normal temperatures are forecast. Despite historic snow and ice events in years past, our extreme winter weather events with frozen precipitation are not likely in Texas.
During the winter months, average temperatures will stay above freezing, with highs in the upper 50s and lows in the upper 30s.
🌨️ Precipitation
Winter precipitation under El Niño predicts wetter-than-average conditions across Texas through February 2024. Due to the expected forecast, it’s likely drought conditions will improve.
