A few weeks ago, we reported that charitable giving dropped 10.5% in 2022 and shared three local nonprofits to support. Multiple readers and social media followers encouraged us to share more Fort Worth foundations and organizations — and we couldn’t be more honored to be part of this community.

Here are 40 Fort Worth organizations to show a little love to:

Fortress | Volunteer in the organization’s preschool, after-school, summer camps, and adult classes in the Historic Southside.

The Birthday Party Project | Help through celebrations for children suffering from homelessness and housing insecurity.

Fort Worth Community Collaborative | Give time, products, or clothing to the organization that distributes necessities to community members in need.

Center for Transforming Lives | Donate to the nonprofit that helps community members to get from poverty to prosperity with support in housing, counseling, and financial assistance.

Presbyterian Night Shelter | Help serve meals at five different shelter locations across the city or lend your hands and tools to help revamp a shelter.
