Why buy your dad a boring gift when you can shop our online store (Six & Main) and find the perfect, most exciting present?

Surprise the father figure in your life with a gift that is sure to stand out. To assist in your search, we’ve created a gift guide featuring items from our store and products we love from other popular brands.

From not-so-average outdoor chairs to habanero hot sauce, it might be hard to just buy one gift. There’s something for every type of dad.

Outdoor enthusiast
Make sure Dad is ready for the outdoors with this Atharu portable chair by Trippy Outdoor, a Fort Worth-based brand.

The homebody
Freshen up dad’s space with this Father’s Day 2-Pack For Him by the Wixology Candle Company. This candle set features the “Bourbon Neat” and “Nightcap” scents.

Dapper dad
Who said dads can’t appreciate a good outfit? For the father who likes to keep it fashionable, check out this Agave button-down shirt by Block + Ink and golf shirt by Kennedy Gray.

Foodie father
If you really want to kick things up a notch, spice up Dad’s next meal with this citrus habanero hot sauce by Sobremesa.

Techie dad
Give Dad a listening upgrade with the second generation AirPods Pro. Or help ease muscle soreness with the Theragun Mini 2.0. Plus, this portable neck fan will make everyone laugh — but catch Dad using it the very next day.

While this list is a great way to start shopping for Dad, we’re working to grow our store, Six & Main, and would love to add more local vendors. If you know any local brands we should be promoting, let us know.

Closing
  • Lettuce Cook Gourmet, a grab-and-go food shop, is closing its TCU-area location on Thursday, June 15. Owner Natalie Brown said a shortage of staff and high food costs forced her to close the doors, but the River District location at 5101 White Settlement Rd. will remain open.
Trending
  • What would you do for a lifetime supply of tacos? El Chingon is challenging fans to prove their loyalty by getting a tattoo of the restaurant’s logo in exchange for free tacos for life. Free tattoos will be offered on-site on Sunday, June 11 to anyone interested in getting the logo.
Finance
  • Refinance rates are skyrocketing. But home equity rates remain relatively low — which means that now is a great time to borrow against your home. Calculate your payment.*

From the editor
My family lives on the east side of Dallas so I tend to gravitate toward that area in my free time and on long weekends.

If you’re a reader that lives out east and is looking for a U-Pick farm, I recommend stopping by Ham Orchards in Terrell. We spent Memorial Day picking some fresh peaches + blackberries and cooling off with ice cream.
