Calling teachers — Mark your calendar for Saturday, Sept. 23 for Educator Day in the Cultural District.

Educators and their families are invited to explore five local museums for free from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Take a turn being the student and learn about the resources and education programs available for K-12 students for the upcoming school year.

Host museums include:

  • Amon Carter Museum of American Art
  • Kimbell Art Museum
  • Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth
  • Fort Worth Museum of Science and History
  • National Cowgirl Museum

Educator Day will also include representatives from local organizations ranging from music and art to nature and history.
