AT&T Stadium plans $180 million renovation

AT&T stadium, the home of the Dallas Cowboys, will get upgrades to the clubs and suites, along with other minor improvements to technology and back-of-the-house services.

AT&T Stadium in Arlington will undergo a $180 million renovation at the start of the new year.

According to a state filing , the AT&T Stadium Interior Refresh will begin in January and include:

  • Upgrades to premium clubs and suites
  • A refresh of its seven merchandise shops
  • The creation of more wellness spaces
  • Upgraded finishes and millwork.

Dallas-based firm HKS Inc. is listed as the design firm for the 575,000-sqft project. Construction should wrap up by the summer of 2025 and is not expected to impact upcoming events.

The 90,000-seat stadium — popularly known as the home of the Dallas Cowboys — will also be one of the 16 host sites for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

Ahead of the international soccer event, Jerry World will undergo another $295 million in upgrades to technology and back-of-the-house services. Other changes include raising + expanding the playing surface to meet FIFA regulations .
