Boulevard of Greens , Several locations
Menu items are inspired by blue zones , so take your pick of items like the Panama Bowl — a dragon fruit-and-mango concoction topped with banana and granola. Merge onto the boulevard of fruits and greens with the Venice Boulevard bowl.

Juice Junkies Vegan Cafe & Juice Bar , 925 Foch St.
Build your own bowl with a mixture of açaí, blueberries, strawberries, bananas, coconut, and granola. Then beef it up with superfood add-ons like pomegranate, walnuts, chocolate chips, cocoa nibs, and almond butter.

Flower Child , 1616 S. University Dr.
The healthy eatery in University Park Village features made-from-scratch meals and customizable options of bowls, wraps, and salads that can be made gluten-free.

Freshii , 354 W. 5th St.
This grab-and-go spot offers some great vegetarian and vegan options like the Spiicy Lemongrass soup, Buddha Satay Bowl, and options to create your own salad with proteins like tofu or falafel.

This bakery has something for every diet including vegan pizza crust, rolls, hamburger buns, and pastries like cupcakes and cookies.

Leaves Bakery and Books , 1251 W. Magnolia Ave.
Order vegan or gluten-free bakery items — like pies, cakes, and cupcakes — in advance, or stop by to try the vegan sausage rolls.

Pizza Verde , 5716 Locke Ave.
This pizzeria serves up an inclusive menu with dairy-free, gluten-free, and soy-free options including house-made, nut-based mozzarella. Stop by to enjoy the $10 lunch special that includes two large slices of pizza and an iced or sweet tea. The eatery also offers two pasta dishes for dinner.

Righteous Foods , 3405 W. 7th St.
We recommend trying the organic açaí bowl topped with house-made granola, bananas, and mixed berries. Add a salty sidekick with warm yucca fries or stick around for a lunchtime Righteous B.A.L.E.T. made with uncured Niman ranch bacon, tomato, avocado, baby greens, romesco, an organic egg, and black beans.

The High Vegan , 8008 Camp Bowie W. Blvd.
This Louisiana-inspired vegan restaurant opened in late 2023 with lots of options. We spy Cajun pasta, sub sandwiches, hot dogs, and empanadas — in both savory and sweet varieties.

Compatible Delights , 5400 Woodway Dr. (Coming Soon)
The brand that began as a local food truck has set up shop in a 1,000-sqft permanent location in south Fort Worth, set to open in spring 2024. Vegan chef Cornelius Brown will offer items like the loaded nachos, salads, barbecue sandwiches + lasagnas. Look for an ordering kiosk in the dining room — that’s where you can order carry-out.

Mariachi’s Dine-In , 5724 Locke Ave.
The Mexican restaurant offers a full vegan dine-in menu that includes Cashew Cotija S&J Fries, Jackfruit Birria Tacos, the Vegan Torta, and the Vegan Pineapple Burrito. Save room for the dairy-free, vegan-friendly Buñuelo Dessert Nachos.

Mellow Mushroom , 3455 Bluebonnet Cir.
This artsy pizzeria offers a solid selection of plant-based items including 100% vegan pizzas featuring dairy-free cheese (try the Vegan Veg-Out), soft pretzels, salads, and the Vegan Avocado and Vegan Tempeh hoagies.

Vice Burger , 1515 W. Magnolia Ave.
This place really lives “life on the veg,” offering vegan burgers, sandwiches, Impossible chicken nuggets, and hot dogs. We hear the milkshake using vegan gelato is spectacular.

Date night

Maiden , 1216 6th Ave.
This fine dining experience hails from Spiral Diner & Bakery owners Amy McNutt + James M. Johnston. The intimate space features a full bar, a dozen tables, and four- and eight-course vegan tasting menus. Maiden also offers vegan tea service featuring sweet treats + savory items.

Belenty’s Love Mexican Vegan Restaurant , 3516 Blue Bonnet Cir.
All your Tex-Mex favorites are made vegan, with menu items like burritos, tacos, chilaquiles, empanadas, quesadillas, and enchiladas. There’s even a dessert menu with sopapillas and ice cream.

Vida Cafe , 3522 Bluebonnet Cir.
The family behind Belenty’s Love Mexican Vegan Restaurant opened this Italian concept in 2023 with a 100% vegan twist on classic dishes like spaghetti, mozzarella sticks, meatballs, and paninis.

Dreamboat Donuts & Scoops , 1204 6th Ave.
The vegan confectionery shop from Spiral Diner owner Amy McNutt offers plant-based ice cream, donuts, and other pastries like apple fritters and ice cream sandwiches.

Spiral Diner & Bakery , 1314 W. Magnolia Ave.
The longtime staple is one of the first vegan restaurants on the Cowtown restaurant scene with a 100% plant-based menu. Try this: Nacho supreme made with corn chips, nacho cheese, black beans, quinoa, black olives, and all of your favorite toppings.
