It seems like every week we report more growth in north Fort Worth — particularly in the AllianceTexas area. The 27,000-acre master-planned community, developed by Dallas-based Hillwood , has become a hotspot for industrial warehouses, real estate, and retail, hinting that it could become a new focal point for North Texas. Here’s a breakdown of the mega business park.
Economic impact 💸
AllianceTexas — located along I-35W — is home to nearly 600 companies that have built 53+ million sqft of property. In the past three decades, the area has generated more than $100 billion in regional economic impact and over $3.13 billion in total tax paid to local public entities. According to its annual Insight Research Corporation report , $8.66 billion of the development’s economic impact was generated in 2021 alone.

Alliance Town Center 🛍️
A shopping and entertainment boom is also happening in Alliance Town Center — an area stretching from North Tarrant Parkway to Golden Triangle Boulevard. The community is anchored by a health and wellness district + a variety of shopping, dining, and family-friendly activities.
We’re also keeping an eye on Parkside at Alliance Town Center — a shopping center adjacent to Bluestem Park. By early 2023, several shops are expected to open including Black Rifle Coffee Company, Cava, Torchy’s Tacos + Dash Nail Spa.
Along with a vast array of entertainment options, the development features 30 acres of parks — including a 14-acre natural oasis, trails, and green space. Alliance Town Center’s commitment to sustainable growth merited a LEED for Neighborhood Development certification from the U.S. Green Building Council — one of only two Texas projects to receive the rating.
