Carvana is bringing its Car Vending Machine to north Fort Worth at 8741 N. Freeway. The $5.5 million project includes an automated vehicle delivery tower + new offices. The structure will be 12 stories tall and store up to 43vehicles. There’s no opening date yet. 🚗 (Community Impact)

Plans to turn the historic Fire Station No. 5 in the Near Southside into a boutique hotel are moving forward again. The most-recent design for the Hilton-brand Nobleman Hotel features four stories, about 150 rooms, retail and restaurant space + occupies a full block at Bryan Avenue bordered by Tucker, Crawford and Annie streets. Construction was supposed to wrap up this year, but plans were put on pause during the pandemic.
