The event — produced by Live Nation, in partnership with Chef Tim Love and Larry Joe Taylor — will run Thursday, March 2-Saturday, March 4.
Artists meeting other artists 🎶
The conference will serve as a showcase for up-and-coming Texas artists and an opportunity for aspiring agents, managers, and promoters to network. It sounds very similar to SXSW — in fact, the Stockyards festival will be somewhat of a prelude to the Austin event, which begins just a week later.
The inaugural FWMF event will kick off with a VIP party at Tannahill’s Tavern (122 E. Exchange Ave.) in Mule Alley, followed by three days of panels, workshops, and performances.
